sorry to sneak in. implantation cramps at 5/6dpo

hiya, sorry to sneek in from TTC, but this month i got some cramping and a strong twinge in my right ovary at about 5/6dpo, i dont really have any symptoms other than that.

just wondering if anyone else got cramps at 5/6dpo, and resulted in BFP??
