Sort out my wardrobe =[

Im in need of a major self esteem boost, what with my skin atm im feeling disgusting. Add that to the fact Iv realied all of my tops look weird on and out of shape and I dont really have anything suitable for cold weather -
Dress me?
I need black tops for work, its behind a bar - needs to be reasonably smart but not over dressy iykwim?
I also need jumpers, something warm. I cant really do long tops as they make me look bulky and short =/
I like greys, blacks, maybe creams, blues - either paler or darker, not really into bold n bright.
Im size 8 generally, though my boobs are more 10 and my waist is more 6 and I have chunky hips.
Help?

asos.com have a great range.. quite cheap if you go on their sales section. Nearly all my jumpers are from there. Good quality and last. Anything from casual to smart.
