Soy, causing severe bleeding/cramping AF?

Has anyone experienced that? I took soy this cycle, and AF came yesterday WITH A VENGEANCE!! I am bleeding so heavy, and the cramping is so terrible, I can barely sleep or sit.

I'm considering taking it again, because it did make AF show (and show more than just light spotting) but I'm nervous!?! Can anyone give me some advice?
