Soy Iso help please!

I just started provera a couple days ago after trying progesterone cream and having no AF in sight. I tried soy for the first time last cycle. I did 200mg days 3-7, but never ovulated! Clomid 50mg worked for me on days 3-7, but I didn't get pregnant. I want to try soy again, but need advice on how to go about it. Should I gradually increase my dosage up to 200 on days 1-5 or what? Please help!

hey. I posted about soy as well. My friend said she took 80, 120, 120, 160 and 160 cd 5-9 and conceived. i want to try it but i want to know more about it. did u say that u didn't ovulate? did u use opk? when did u start using opk?
