soy isoflavines

    hi ladies, just wondering if any of you know anything about soy, im going to try it next month have normal cycles and ovulate on my own, i dont know which days to take this any advice would be great please also share your stories thanks:flower:

    im pretty sure im out this month too and would love to know about soy to start next month! x x

    I bought some and was going to try it until I read several articles that said not to use if you have regular cycles and ovulate on your on, which I do. I read that it can mess up your cycle and ovulation. so anyways, I've decided not to use it myself. there are probaby articles out there that say it's okay (you know how much conflicting stuff is on the internet) but I couldn't find them. Good luck. and hopefully someone with more info will post. :)

    Oh, when I was thinking of taking it I read that you should take it on CD 3-7 (or you can pick CD 2-6 or 5-9, but heard most had better success with CD 3-7) not sure how much though.
