soy isoflavones and bleeding

Hi all looking a bit of help

I'm on my 2nd month Of trying soy isoflavones
But my p was 10 days early and ended after 3 days
Now a week after I've started bleeding again but it's not
Like my others this is very dark not heavy but just very
Dark and thick . It has started to worry me as I have been looking
Into what others are like but none have said about there's being
Early and none about bleeding like this.
Is there something wrong? sorry bit gross haha my monthlys have
Always been on time .

Hi Jackie,

I tried soy isofalvones for one cycle. My period is usually very light and short. I had my normal period for the first 3 days and started soy on the cd 3. I then got what seemed like a whole other period that was what seemed like old blood and lasted for another 3 days. I had spotting here and there for about 2 more days and then it was over. My next period was as usual. I didn't try it again as I found out I have PCOS and started seeing and RE. I hope this helps, let us know if it worked for you

It turned out to b more a stain next day nothing thenvi had another
Stain now a couple days clear . Now I'm cramping and back pain like my p is on way
Never had anything like this before .
