Please share your experiences of taking soy isoflavones (days and doses) and the outcomes?

I took it during three cycles last year. ..got pregnant 2 of those as I seemed to get the dose a little higher. Unfortunately both ended in miscarriage at 9 weeks. I haven't taken this cycle and BFN. Obviously not the biggest pool of experience but still I can help thinking that although the soy has helped me fall pregnant I wonder if it's linked to/the cause of miscarriages??? Maybe I am strengthening an egg which was never ever going to make it

Please share your experience and thoughts. Thanks x x x

Im in the same boat with red clover blossom and iso is taken from red clover that is the original herb. I have taken it 3 times. Once with my son so it worked after a year of trying last year took for 3 months and had a chemical and took for 1 month another chemical. I think it helps your body conceive but its a bad egg as you say. Ive debated not taking it but it does help balance my hormones. Think we have had just some bad luck. Im going to take it again this cycle as i wonder if i can conceive without it . Do you have regular cycles? As tou shouldnt take iso if you do. Red clover is ok to take but if you are regular. There is a iso group in he tww and they probably have more info. It does help alot of women though so dont be disheartened i would take iso instead as success rate is high but im regular 31 day cycle

I have a regular 29 day cycle but tbh couldn't see any reason why I shouldn't take it...never mucked up my cycles. X
