Hiya, i went to h&b, got green and yellow bottle of soya isoflavones- 120 rapid release capsules. It states 750mg on label but looking at the composition it think it's only about 44.5mg soy per capsule. I'm on my first cycle of it having taken 3 caps on cd 3,4,5,6,7. Hope this helps.

hi i got the same ones from h&b and was told to take 4tablets at night before bed. this will be my first cycle aswell i will be doing cd 3-7 am currently taking primolut(to bring on af) today being day 1 must take them for next 9days and then wait for af to come. i hope the soya works for us all. have you heard of it working for many people??

There's a fair few beans that could be attributed to taking soy, there's a thread in the ttc buddy section where I have seen a fair few bfps. Fingers crossed for us all x x x

I am thinking about getting some of these in if I get a bfn this month. Waiting for the ovulating predictor to say I have ovulated, that should be anytime soon. Will be watching and seeing how these do for others.

Are these the ones you are taking? They are only 20mg of soy isoflavones per tablet, so you should really be thinking about taking at least 5 of these a day, I really don't think one a day will make any difference to anything!
