Soy Isoflavones

Hello! Mind if I pop in?
I have an 8 month old DS and we have been ttc#2 since he was 4 months (I know, we are crazy lol). We are now on cycle 5 and I am beginning to get a little worried as I conceived first cycle with DS and my MC before him. Starting to wonder what is going on and getting more than a little impatient!

I decided to try SI after hearing so many positive stories about it. I am on CD 5 and am taking it CD2-6 at 150,150,150,180,180. I am really hoping that this is the dosage that I am taking as I was a bit confused by the info on the bottle.

The only SI that I could get were 50mg but it was listed as:
soy isoflavone extract: 50mg
total soy isoflavones: 13.7

So based on this I decided to go with the total SI content which turned out to be quite a few pills but I figure this is the right dosage as it is recommended that women taking it for menopause take 7 pills per day. If they were actually 50mg of SI that would be 350mg total and WAY more than is suggested for menopause treatment, so I feel fairly confident that I am taking the right amount.

Hopefully this is it for us!! We are really ready for #2!
