soy isoflavones

Has anyone else used this? I just started this cycle taking 120mg CD5-9. I'm CD5 today. DH is more petrified of me taking the clomid instead right now so he agreed to this one for now. We're on cycle #4 right now. I wasn't going to use opk's this cycle but wondering if maybe i should.

Has anyone used the soy isoflavones and conceived? If so how many cycles did it take and what mg did you take?

I have estrogen dominance/ progesterone deficiency so soy had a negative affect on me personally (agnus castus was better for my particular imbalance) but I have a friend who is due her second baby in Feb and she swears by it.
