I have a question for ladies suffering from SPD or other forms of pelvic pain... what type of pillow do you use between your knees/legs?
I've just been using one of our old "regular" pillows, and for all the good it's doing me I might as well not be using it. So my Orthopedic Dr. and my physical therapist both told me to get a body pillow. And my physical therapist used a tall wedge pillow with me today to demonstrate that whatever pillow I put between my legs has to be TALL (like maybe 4 regular pillows!). Obviously I don't want to hassle with 4 pillows between my legs at night, especially as many times as I flip and flop in the bed.
I've taken a peek online at some body pillows and pregnancy pillows, but haven't seen any that are thick enough to provide proper pelvic alignment. They're mainly aimed at cuddling the woman and sortof keeping her from laying on her back.
If anyone has any suggestions, or recommendations, I would love to hear them. Thanks in advance!
