Oh my goodness im in so much pain!!

Started a few weeks ago and GP diagnosed SPD, told me to rest and ref for physio. Still got another two weeks till physio appointment. Im not sure how I'm going to last that long. I'm dreading the walk from the car park to work tomorrow...not even sure i can face it at all!

This is baby number 2 and the first was nowhere near this painful at all! Feels like my whole pelvis is on fire!

anyone else been through this and lived to tell the tale?

Me :) I had terrible spd in my first pregnancy, I'm not going to go in specifics, it's just depressing.

It kicked in at 11 weeks this time, I have a support belt from the physio, and will get physio soon.
I'm swimming two/three times a week and it has really helped, you can only kick with your legs (no breaststroke, just kick!) because any movement that spreads your knees apart is bad. Anyway, for me at least it has helped so far.
Other then that, knees together getting out of bed, getting off the couch etc. I had to sit on a birthing ball a lot last time as I couldn't really sit on chairs. Don't try and push through the pain, it doesn't help!
