Speaking of Tesco's. Does anyone here NOT receive their vouchers?

So many times we have complained, but nobody seems to be doing anything about it. We spend on average £15 daily at tesco, as we like to do daily shops as a pose to weekly- so the points do add up quite abit. They took 1000 points from us and havent sent us anythin in return.
Is this happening to anyone else?​
