I'm in love with the name Orla for a girl
however due to dyslexia is the family I don't wish to use this spelling
I'm looking for other spelling options please I'm not keen to use orlaith but might have to if I can't find an alternative😊

hm. I'm not dyslexic, so it's not my position to say what's simpler, but I'd expect Orlaith to be a lot more difficult to spell correctly than Orla. Orla seems much more like "you write it how you pronouce it".
(I'd pronounce Orla like [o-uh-luh] and Orlaith like [O-uh-luh-eeth], but I'm not a native speaker, so especially celtic and gaelic names are a neverending enigma for me.)
it's a nice name. :)

im guessing you worry people might write Oral, right?

im quite heavily dislexic (although im very aware and try to correct myself) and have never made that sort of mistake... short words are quite ease and dont pose an issue but I tend to miss either a middle sillable in a 3 or more sillable word (especially if it has similar letters like 'remember') or the last letter (especially in plurals) so often miss 's' of the ends - its always missing letters not muddled letter though

I love he name Orla and I also like the traditional spelling of Orlaith. I'm not sure how else you could spell it?

you could if you want a different spelling go Aula like Paula without the P

its a genuine name too not just a misspelling
