Eadie or Edie?

We are completely stuck for girls names so just throwing ideas around between us and this sounds cute (although I'm not completely in love with it at the moment) but can't decide which way looks better xx

Deffo Edie, I don't think the other spelling looks right iykwim. Very nice name btw :)

Ye the longer I look at it the more Edie looks right xx

Only thing is we are quite set on middle name Elizabeth...
Edie Elizabeth?
I think it sounds alright but is it too many E's? surname is a D name so it's not completely crazy xx

How are you wanting to pronounce it
Eadie to me would be ee-dy as in needy
Edie would be e-ddy as in teddy
if that makes sense

I like Edie and would say it eee-dy not eh-dy x

Edie I think, the other looks too complicated. Pretty though :)

I would pick Edie, and I would also pronounce it as you intend it to be, rhyming with beady ;) or treaty? Lol I also really like Edie Elizabeth :)

Yes, Edie, which is the traditional spelling that I've known for Ee-dee. Edie Elizabeth sounds just fine. :)

I've never seen "Eadie" before. I'd go with Edie. It's really cute

Ye I had never seen Eadie before until I looked up name meaning on the internet and it brought that up as a variation of spelling x

Oh my goodness, Edie Elizabeth is such a lovely name! :flower: Manages to be traditional and cool all at the same time, good choice
