I think it depends on how you want it pronounced.
Alannah I read like "Al" in front of Hannah. (Uh-lan-uh) if that makes sense.
Alana I read it like "Al" in front of Ana, (Uh-law-nuh)
so it's kind of like A in land vs A in law.
I hope that makes sense lol I don't think any are wrong though.

I agree with this. To me, they're two different names. I much prefer Alana.

I've always seen Alanna. Of your choices, I'd go with Alana. Alannah is verging on being more complicated than it needs to be. It's also the only version that my spell check is complaining about

To me Alannah is pronounced "Uh-lawn-uh"
And Alana is pronounced "Uh-lay-na"

But that can vary region to region! I don't think either are bad spellings.
I'm not fond of the spelling "Alanna", however.
