hi

i am new to here so not sure if posting on the right section but we are stuggling to conceive our second child (1st is 3 now) been ttc for 2 years all my test have come back clear but husband got semen analysis back today and they are not great but doc didnt really explain much other than "not good" but wanted to have any advice on the results or people in similar situation as we both feel so deflated today.

results

volume - 3.2ml
p.h - 8
viscosity - normal
aggulutation - normal
concentration - 12.7 million
motility - 26 %
rapid progressive 9
slow progressive 17
non progressive - 7
immotile - 67

total number of progressivly motile sperm - 10.6 million

live cells n/a

normal forms by WHO criteria - 32 %
normal forms by krugar strict criteria - 12%

morphology based on 100 sperm observed

any ideas what the above means and what will be next step or what we can do? thanks xxx

First ((((hugs))) to you....sorry that you are having to go through this as well. It really stinks to face difficulty to bring a child into this world.


I do have a good site that I used to make sense of my spouse's semen analysis but I have to build up my post count...I'll be back with it when I am able to post it.
