I really hope it works for you! Is conceive plus the same sort of thing as pre-seed? I have a feeling the pre-seed really helped us as I don't have much CM at all.

Only for 2 months before, so I do feel very lucky. But I really feel it wouldn't have happened this month without the SMEP and pre-seed. I have a lot to thank ladies on this website for, I'd have never known about these things without B&B!

Yes - Conceive Plus is pretty much the same as Preseed. x

Hi ladies, This was our first month of using the SMEP and also pre-seed. I never got a positive OPK but for 2 days it was a faint line (rest of time nothing) so I took this as the surge and timed BD around that.
Well it worked!!!! Got my this morning!!! Would recommend anyone to give it a try! xx Good luck all and lots of

Hi ladies! do you mind if I join the SMEP group? We have been TTC for about 2.5 years and this month we are trying SMEP. I hope we can stick to it this month. This month we are doing SMEP, using OPK's and Conceive +. Wishing and hoping for my Christmas BFP! I am testing Dec. 20th.

Congrats to the BFPs - very encouraging!!

We're back on the SMEP this cycle. Actually, we're going to BD every 2 days all the way through the cycle and then do SMEP principles when we get to the fertile window. We're even more determined this time and my OH has cleared up his stomach problems so no excuses for not BD=ing!!

My AF is due on 23rd Dec so I will probably start testing about 20th!!

I'm afraid the SMEP didn't work for me again this cycle. Got AF today. On to cycle 5 ...

this will be our 5th month of TTC after a year of NTNP, we are going to try SMEP in addition to our supplement regimen & Pre-Seed. Bought the smiley faced OPK's to get a clearer idea of when I ovulate. Today is CD 7, we began yesterday. Also starting 5 days of Soy Iso. 120mg. for first time. Fingers crossed!!!!!

Hi everyone, going for r first try at smep, so id like to join u all
Am 37 and ttc 1 for about 9mths. Using preseed and this mth soy iso cd2-6, cd6 today. Oh is on board.

I did an IC yesterday and that was a faint BFP but this morning I confirmed it with a digi so I have a lovely pic of that
