CD1 is day 1 of your period.

Welcome! And remember to post when you think you'll be testing for HPT (once you're further along in your cycle & can approximate) so I can "plot" you

Hi ladies, great thread!

We intended to stick religiously to the SMEP this month but unfortunately my OH was unwell with a stomach bug so we didn't quite make it. We did BD on Day 11 and then I got the positive OPK on Day 13 and we BD'd on Day 13 and Day 14. That was about all we managed unfortunately.

If I don't get the BFP this month then we will definitely do it next month. In fact, we're aiming to BD 3-4 times every week next month!!

My AF is due 25th Nov

Just to say that I was severely unwell last night (CD10) and certainly didn't even contemplate and wasn't able to use an OPK either.

Am I able to still be part of this list if I just do the SMEP on odd days instead? Eg, we BD on CD9 then CD11 then CD13 and do the 3 day thing when a positive OPK comes up?

I'm still following the plan - just doing it on the odd days instead of even. Hope that's OK x

I am waiting for the to arrive, should be tomorrow as temp dropped today, then i will be starting on this plan, as well as taking soy CD2-6.

If cycle stays the same as this month will be testing on 16th December - that is with an 11 day LP though, I am trying to find ways I can extend this as I realise 11 days isnt ideal.

Also hoping the soy will bring ov forward from CD17.

This is my 2nd month of TTC, last month we didn't do anything except lots of BDing and no luck so this month I am trying SMEP and Pre-seed. Got my fingers crossed as I would love a summer baby

I am currently on CD12 and sticking to plan, currently waiting for positive OPK.
Test date should be 7th December if my calculations are correct!
