Sperm results from good to bad

I'm starting to lose all hope now after 18 months Boyfs speem results have gone downhill and starting to wonder if we should just give up trying. First results were:
Sperm count 65 million
Progressive 12 million
Immotile 14 million
Motility 46%
Morphology 3%

Latest test was:
Sperm count 27 million
Progressive 1 million
Immotile 9 million
Motility 18%
Morphology 6%

The only difference between the 2 tests was he was taking wellman conception over the last 3 months. He drinks, smokes and is diabetic and won't change his lifestyle his attitude is simply "it is what it is" and fate will play a part. Is there really any point, I gave up smoking and drinking recently but it only seem to be me wanting to try to change
