Hi ladies,

I asked this question a while ago but thought I would repost since we are TTC again.

My DH's sperm volume was an average of 168 million per sample with good motility but only 8% morphology... He gave up smoking 18 months ago now following these results so MAYBE they are better now.... We stopped trying last September pretty much as it was taking over our lives!!

My CD 2 bloods were 8.0 which is within the "norm" apparently but I thought maybe it was highish?

Has anyone got any wisdom to share?

Quiting smoking can improve sperm morphology alot. I would also make sure he takes a multivitamin .https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/09/100907210829.htm

Thanks that's very interesting reading xx

Hey, hope things are looking on the up side for you. My DH has 0% morphology and our fertility doc gave my DH a list of vit to take. Yes it is a LONG (expensive) list, but my doc is the number 1 fertility doc in the nation (he claims) and has done massive research on this.
