ok so its not actually me, lol it would kill me, but my mum is doing a sponsored bike ride for british heart foundation, from london to brighton 54 miles! She's be training really hard, going out on her bike loads and going swimming and to the gym ect, Im really proud of her, because I'd never have the motivation to do something like this! Well I hope you dont mind but I though I'd put the link on here to her online sponsorship form, as its all for a good cause.
