Spot of blood

Hi ladies,

I'm on cycle day 18 of a 32 day cycle and today whilst wiping I noticed a single spot of bright red blood. I have no idea what it is, as I always thought ovulation spotting was pink/brown?

Any ideas? I usually ovulate around this time so it ties in with that its just concerned me

Are you doing any charting/ know when you O? I've heard of mid cycle or ovation bleeding. I had it for the last two months. Literally just a spot of red blood when I wiped then gone.

And from what I read ovulation spotting is an inductor of a very healthy, grade A egg
