Spotting.....a couple of days after withdrawal bleed

Hi... I came of my pill (mid pack) and had a withdrawal bleed about 3days later which lasted for about 3/4 days. I then noticed, starting yesterday a dark blood on wiping, after a couple of days of nothing. Has anyone else had the same thing and know what's likely causing it? Thanks x

I'm going to assume it's your body adjusting to coming off the pill.
