Spotting during Luteal phase question

OH and I have been ttc for 18 months now. I was diagnosed with poly cycstic ovaries in November last year (not the syndrome though). We were due to start our first cycle of Clomid in January when I found out I was pregnant... literally it was the same week! Sadly I mc's at 11 weeks though

This is my second cycle since the mc and I had a bit of spotting at 5dpo and got excited that perhaps it could be implantation. The spotting has continued though and temp dropped this morning. Looking back at my charts I always start to spot very early in the luteal phase. Although I managed to get pg without help earlier in the year, I do wonder if there is something wrong hormonely if I start to spot so early. Also this cycle and last I didn't get sore bbs which I normally do before AF and when I was pg... Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a test I should be asking for?

Won't bore you with details of my cycles but basically after reading the thread on b6 decided to start taking B50 complex and it has helped lengthen my LP and it is helping many others too.

I don't get PMS, PMT, sore boobs, hardly any CM at any point in the month, nothing to pinpoint anything, no body changes. Nothing, diddly squat. My periods are always really light except day 1 which is normal.

I have PCOS and am so worried I am anovulatory because of my severe lack of symptoms. Can this be it?

CD64 and think I may have pos opk today, just seeing what tonights look like, but it could just all be a trick. Last month I had a 30 day cycles but FF didn't say I ovulated.

Do you think I am ovulating? Why don't I get any lady problems?
