Hi
I'm CD7 today on my 2nd cycle after mc. I'm using CBFM and OPKs but this month I've added EPO & AC.
Wasn't sure about when to take AC as read so many conflicting reports but took it before AF came on fully (was spotting 10 days before AF).
I thought AF had shifted on Monday but she showed again on Tuesday cd5 and has been tailing off since....
I wonder if anyone else has had this side effect with AC and could it be because I took it while AF was there?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
