Spotting? :(

I got my bfp this morning and just noticed some spotting
Is this normal? I'm so scared right now...

I was told by my GP that spotting or even light bleeding is normal in pregnancy, particulary the first trimester. My friend bled monthly up until she was 7 months pregnant. Try not to worry too much.
