spotty face

Hi ladies.... my 3 week old son has an awfully spotty face and neck (i breast feed) can anyone recommend any thing... ?

Breast milk!!! lol honestly! express a little and rub it onto his face a few times a day, should clear up pretty soon

Ooh I'm going to try that! I asked the health visitor about Leyla's spotty face and she said it's where people have touched her and transfered germs etc that her skin is reacting to... and thinking about it, it's exactly where I kiss her The HV said it'll stop happening by about 16 weeks but I'd like to be able to help and still be able to kiss her!

kiss her as much as you like!! a few spots arent going to hurt her just apply breast milk, its magical stuff!
