Squash

Does anyone know what age you can give normal squash to LO's? Also will i be ok to give fromage frais to my LO now he is 7months or is it not reccomended? x

callum has fromage frais now and also squash. my hv actually told me to give him squash rather than pay for baby juice. he gets the tiniest amount mixed with water. Just enough to kind of colour the water and add a tiny bit of taste.

My health visitor told me the same some sugar free squash will do no harm and fromage frais can be giving from about 4 months
