Can some clever person tell me if we need to all ready be pregnant to qualify for HIP or SSMG on a second baby? Or would we have to conceive before a certain point? (Not that benefit entitlement would effect my plans...I'm just curious)

I think you can get them if your pregnant now, but they will be cut for anyone due after april 2011. I'm not too sure but this is what someone said on the money aving expert website
