Stages to feed themselves

Alex has always taken a loaded spoon off me and feed himself, he's also really good with finger foods but i'm guessing it's still going to be a long time before he can actually get the spoon and feed himself. But what are the stages they move through to get there?

Not a clue but i was wondering this too hun as Brooke doesnt hold a spoon to even attemtp to feed herself yet she just bashes it off the table
