The advertisement from Staples keeps automatically expanding over the top part of my screen when I refresh the page. It hides all of my menu buttons, until I close it. I have attached a screenshot for you.

Oh.. and I am accessing this in google chrome on a desktop.

How frequently does the as appear after closing?

It seems to appear every time I would go to a new page. My biggest issue is that it is expanding over all of the menu options right when you load the page.
