Started lactating 4 weeks after early MC

I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago I was 5 weeks along this is my 4th pregnancy but 1st miscarriage. At 2 weeks post miscarriage most of my pregnancy symptoms were gone other then relentless acne. Now the past 1.5 weeks my breast have been tingling again and tonight I had some colostrum leak out of my left nipple. I’m just confused if this is still hormones from my m/c or could I be pregnant again only 3 weeks after I stopped bleeding?
