...And it feels so goooooooood!

For the girlys that are working when are you starting yours?

I started at 35weeks with my little girl but I'm so much bigger and still in quite a lot of pain so 32weeks was enough for me :)

I'm on sick leave just now with SPD, so my mat. leave kicks in at the first week of July when I'll be 36 weeks. If I wasn't off sick I'd definitely be finishing just now!!

I had to finish at 29 weeks with my daughter due to pre eclampsia, I loved maternity leave so much I never went back :haha: love being a stay at home mummy :)

I'm looking at 38 weeks. I'm due Oct 16th and i've got hols booked from 1st-19th to use them up and then mat leave kicks in Oct 22nd so my baba may have been born before my mat leave starts x

im due october 2nd, so im thinking about starting mine a month before LO is due as im on a chair now at work so hopefully it wont be too hard, and more money in my pocket, the later i stay means the later i can have leave :)

i started st 34 weeks, though i really wanted to stay until 38 weeks i just couldnt do no more, some days i beat myself up cos i didnt stay till 38 weeks like i had planned x

I'm thinking of starting mine at 38weeks, but very much depends on how I handle things as my job involves a lot of carrying, standing and bending down which Im already finding hard!

I have no idea! I'm really struggling atm, cus I started my new job whilst I was pregnant. I only told them I'm pregnant today though!:p
I'm on my feet constantly, an 8 hour shift with 45 minute break, so for 7 hours5minutes up to 7 times a week standing is killing me! Might ask to switch to part time though as it may work out better! Although then, I may not get enough hours and struggle with money and stuff:/
Not only that, but every day I've been at work at around 9.30 I'll have spotting, so I'm concerned it may be due to the amount of standing or something, I can't really get a chair either as I have to go back and forth from my till my entire shift:/
My baby girls due 14th November and I'm hoping to go on leave around October time!
Xx

Yeah tbh I've been off a lot anyway, I was off for 3weeks, 1week sick and 2weeks holiday cos I just couldn't do it anymore cos of my separated pelvis :( but went back this week cos they really needed me.
Being a stay at home mommy for 9months is amazing and its even better this time round cos little Chloe to keep me company!

Also don't overdo it girls :) No shame in saying enough is enough and your employers have to accommodate you :)
Its a good job I left today I couldn't get behind my checkout and was going to the loo like every half hour lol

Well i'm the deputy manager soon to be manager in a nursery so as well as looking after children i also have office work to do so constantly on the go. I do a 8.5 hour day where i'm supposed to have a half our lunch but usually i've got too much to do so only have 10-15min. I'm doing fine atm and i just figured i can do more office than childcare the closer i get if i'm finding it hard but tbh i think i'll be fine. I'm not finishing any earlier either way lol so if i'm not it'll be a case of getting on with it :) xx

I started mine last week and I am well and truely bored now... :haha:

Good for you :flow: now you can relax and take it easy!! Happy for you:flower:

Its all of them potty training and needing nappies changing that I struggled to keep up with lmao!
It felt like I was just swimming in a sea of wee wee and poo poo's sometimes lol.
I was only there for a year as part of my collage placement, I did love it but don't know if I can so it as a job so hats off to you lol

yeah i know what you mean but we've got a large group of 3/4 year olds leaving for school in August so no one potty training atm. Although there will prob be 2 this summer who will be. As of Sept however majority are 2 and under so that should be fun lol But i'll be going on mat leave shortly after so they'll all be that bit older by the time i come back xx

Best feeling ever isn't it?! :D I started mine at 33 weeks but I was only part time anyway.
