Well the time has come i must try and lose some of this weight cause im starting to feel unhealthy. After having Lana-rose my appetite shot through the roof, i lost alot of weight during my pregnancy but that last few weeks of it i slapped it on cause i could finally eat without being sick. I was going to start today but we have nothing in the house and all the shops are closed so im going to go out shopping tomorrow and stock the house up with healthy cereal, fruit and low fat munchies for nighttimes when im cuddling up with the other half. I've been told the best thing to do is eat my breakfast in the morning at around 9 then have some dinner at 1 and then some tea and 5 and then have a small low fat snack after dinner. Its a huge improvement to what im having now, i've got to try it i want to fit in my clothes again lol.
