Well it's been a long journey ttc #1. Many long cycles, many positive opks but not ovulating, & taking lots of supplements with no results.
So after a 122 day cycle, I'm starting over.
Bought a cbfm on eBay for a pretty nice price. Sticks too!!
Made a fertility vision board which I keep near my bed.
Listening to fertility binaural beats before bed
Doing Castor Oil packs and self fertility massage
Plus i put pictures of fertility symbols around my house ( lol )
I'm Currently taking red raspberry leaf tea, PreMama, Fertilaid, & Epo. I'm only on cd11 but the cheap opks I took aren't positive!! I usually always have positive opks!! So I'm happy about that. Hoping Fertilaid will regulate my cycles and i actually ovulate. I do feel very hopeful about this cycle. would love advice, buddies or any success using the above mentioned.
