Startling feeling of an organ move!?

So I'm 14 weeks today. Last night I sat down n felt the strangest feeling in my upper belly of an organ suddenly move! It didn't hurt but the feeling/movement startled me so much i yelled out loud lol! Saw my upper stomach move too, it was the weirdest feeling ever! It's very hard to describe. All I could think of was it had to have been an organ that felt like it flipped or something. Has this happened to anyone else?? Definitely didn't feel anything like this with my first pregnancy.
