I know BF burns calories but I am eating like I am possessed! Does anyone have any suggestions for easy to grab snacks that are filling yet not packed with sugar? I am trying to keep myself on an even keel but find if I dont eat almost constantly I can end up feeling faint and weak for a good few hours even after I have refuelled. Im just reaching for chocolate all the time - Easter hasnt helped! Today I ate fruit and carrots with humous in an attempt to be healthy but they did not do the job at all!
