Hi is their any mom's out their that has a child with Bipolar or emotional issues . I am really having a hard time with my 11 DD. She has been diagnosed with ADD but I know there is more then that going on. On my DH side there is Bipolar and depression. One minute she can be happy as can be and the next she can be so mean and hurtful :cry::cry: it is mostly when things are not going her way :growlmad:. When she get in one of her modes and she starts to :hissy: she becomes verbal and sometime physically abuse of :sad2:. Tonight is been per say the last straw and I don't know what else to do . We were at toys R us and she got very upset because I would not get her a 200.00 x mass gift inside of the store she starts screaming that she hates me and she wishes that I would die and she wants to live in a foster home because any place would be better then with me because I am FAT AND UGLY and worthless I know they say words wont hurt you but I don't think that is true :nope: because I have not stop crying  since this has happen. I don't want to spank her for 1 she is to big and 2 it does no good so that is out I have grounded her and taken things away but that don't work either if anyone has any suggestions please let me know oh also I don't want her medicated so that is not an option so please help and if you don't have any suggestion a least reply with a smile or something I HATE when people read and run.....:wohoo:

Hi Novabomb,

I'm so sorry that you're having such a difficult time. I'm afraid I have no experience or words of wisdom that I can share (I don't have any children, currently TTC #1) but I wanted you to know that I'm thinking of you and hope things get better. :hugs:

Hopefully one of the other lovely ladies on this site will be able to help you.

Take care

Sorry your having a tough time atm, I'm sure your DD doesn't mean it when she says these hurtful words to you. Do you think she will get better as she gets older? I had similar thing with DD when she was little she would even attack me and yes it hurt. Had every test going but they said she was fine, even though I never believed them. Now she is almost 15 she has calmed down loads although still has the odd outburst it's no where near as bad as when she was younger :hugs::hugs:

:hugs:

do you still see a specialist for her ADD? Could you ring and ask for a review?
x
