In Large bowl mix together Lemon juice, Sugar and pepper.
Whisk egg
Chop Chicken Brests Into slices and Dip into beaten egg and flour to seal then place in pan.
Turn over till sealed.
Add a Tsp of Lazy Ginger and 2 tsp of soy sauce then the mixture of lemon, sugar and pepper.
Simmer slowly for 10mins
Serve with rice or salad.
