Sticky Ginger Chicken

    In Large bowl mix together Lemon juice, Sugar and pepper.
    Whisk egg
    Chop Chicken Brests Into slices and Dip into beaten egg and flour to seal then place in pan.
    Turn over till sealed.
    Add a Tsp of Lazy Ginger and 2 tsp of soy sauce then the mixture of lemon, sugar and pepper.
    Simmer slowly for 10mins
    Serve with rice or salad.

    You can find it in asda/ tesco

    It is ready chopped ginger in white vinagar, you can also get lazy garlic they are fantastic!

    Found by spices in the stores

    See she pisses off an I'm sat here wondering how much lemon, sugar & pepper go in! I'm assuming pepper is to taste & flour - I'm assuming plain ARGHHHH
