Still can't believe I'm here...

I looked back at my first post here and it was in 2009… That's how long DH and I TTC'd.

Anyhow, I got diagnosed with severe endo in 2012 and had lap surgery to remove the endo and a fallopian tube. The specialist said IVF was my best chance. We went through it last year and it did not work. We had no embies to freeze. DH and I decided to focus on us and tried to move forward.

We have not been TTC. Just being intimate for fun. :wink wink:

I haven't been tracking my cycle or nothing. AF seemed a little late and I was feeling pretty nauseous and my boobs really hurt… Decided to use my last cheapie test and it came out BFP! We were very surprised.

I still don't know how far along I am. The digital test I took 2 weeks ago said I was 3+ weeks. I went for blood work that week and my hog was 21,000 wacko. My first ultra sound is tomorrow and the doc said they will be able to pinpoint how far along I am.

DH and I are cautiously optimistic, but realistic at the same time. We are still getting used to the idea of this whole pregnancy.

Went for the ultrasound and everything is as it should be. I'm approx. 8 weeks. Saw the heart beat. My next doctor appointment is at the end of the month. We will be announcing the news to our parents and will wait later to tell the rest of our family/friends.
