Okay, so since this is my first pregnancy I have absolutely no idea what to look out for other than bleeding. I've been having cramps like period-cramps since I found out I'm pregnant and before but it's worrying me. It's mild pain but should I still be worried? Also, I haven't had bad morning sickness yet, just a little nausea. Is that normal - When do you actually get really bad morning sickness? I'd rather that then having not bad and wondering if I'm okay or not because if I'm really sick then I'd know I'm okay. I'm just really worried and don't want anything horrible to happen through my first pregnancy. I'm half way through the safe state - But there's still six weeks of it left! I'm trying not to stress because I know stress is very bad for the baby but I can't help to be not stressed, but concerned. Can anyone please tell me what's normal and what's not?

I'm worried - I want to go through with a healthy pregnancy.

Relax:). Cramping is caused by the stretching of the uterus. I also had cramping as long as you don't have bleeding its cool. I heard having morning sickness is a sign that baby is healthy. If it gets really really bad tell you OB / midwife about it.

Cramping is totally normal :)
Everything is stretching to accommodate for baby :)

Don't worry.. it's totally normal. I had bad cramping from 4 weeks to 7 weeks...my cramping was only at night. With the morning sickness i had all day sickness everyday from 7 weeks to 12 weeks. Also don't stress as long as you don't have spotting it's normal it's just baby making itself comfortable in there.. Hope that helps!!

Thankyou! I was getting worried but I guess that's normal. My morning sickness isnt that bad though, its tolerable... The mood swings though, wow!

its normal hun.. it happens throught your pregnancy.. its all the stretching going on inside. xx

It's a pain, but you'll have it throughout your pregnancy. Nothing to worry about unless you feel it's too severe.
