Hi there. My partner and I have been ttc for 8years now. Had a laparoscopy operation 6months ago and found out I was physically infertile. Big mess of twisted fallopian tubes wrapped around ovaries and blocked as well. Adhesions everywhere and endometriosis on ovaries as well. This was all causing me hideous pain at ovulation time.They fixed it all. But we have still been ttc for a further 6months. My cycles are now very regular however and I seem to get more hormones now haha.
This month though I am now cd 18 and 4dpo and I had a little pink spotting this morning only. I dont know what it is as I've never had this before. And i have very mild back and lower abdominal pain. Please help. Thanks

Could be implantation, good luck. Really hope after all you have been through you get your BFP xxx
