Me and my daughters dad split when i was 6months pregnant, so i was a "single,pregnant,18yr old mum" as i use to say! But as time went by it got easier and i started looking forward to having this little baby all to myself and i loved it!!! it was very hard but worth every bit of tears, lonely nights with a big cake and a dvd before she came! I was devastated when we split but now im so happy we did!
I'm not in your position however someone close to me is and all I can say is try and stay positive, you have a new person in your life that will bring you so much happiness, try and concentrate on other parts of your life like friends and family and you will gradually forget him, the truth is you never get over someone you love but you stop loving them one day and think to yourself what did I ever see in you! you will get through it in time
Me and FOB split when i was 28 weeks pregnant. at first its hard but then you get used to the fact that you are now a single pregnant teen. just remember that everything happens for a reason! keep busy and try not to think about it too much.
Thank you girls so much! It happened late last night/early this morning so it's very fresh in my head. I've been talking to my friend all day to keep my mind off of things.
It'll get better when LO gets here. Then you'll focus all of your love and caring on him/her!
Like the other girls said, just keep busy, and prepare for LO! He's the one who's missing out on something so amazing!
