Stomach Ache

I'm 8w almost 9...this morning woke up and the upper part of my tummy is sore. No pains down there no bleeding tummy still soft. Not sure if I slept on my stomach last night but I toss and turn all night long. I just bubs again at 8w 2d with 173 bpm hr.

I am gassy but yest had really bad diarrhea after everything I ate.
