stomach and back pain pp

I had my son 9 weeks ago. I have felt well and been getting out and about with the wee one in his pram. Initially I had some stomach cramps and lower back pain if I had walked a bit too far, but felt much stronger the last couple of weeks. Started back to spin classes last week. Just once last week and twice this week (got the go ahead from GP at 6 wk appt). I did a spin class last nite and walked for about an hour and a half today with wee one. Since coming home Iv had a bit of lower back pain, pain in my lower stomach on either side....and TMI, pain "down there". Have I just pushed it.....and if so when will I start to feel normal?! Or could I have an infection, maybe just being paranoid.
