stomach pains

i gave birth 3 weeks ago and im having this pain at the top of my stomach. i think its muscular as my dd was quite a big baby (9lbs 9ozs). i could feel her wriggling and kicking right up until she came out so i dont know if im just bruised. Also im on blood thinning injections since giving birth the pain isnt in the site of where ive been injecting but didnt know if it was connected. i have an appointment at the doctors tomorrow but just wondered if anyone could shed some light on this.

It could be the pills you;re on. i suffered awful stomach pains because of the diclofenac and iron tablets. I came off those and it went away. But if it;s at top it could be everything just getting abck into place. Still best to get it checked out
