Strange cramps 4 months after coil?

I had the coil fitted nearly 4 months ago and I bled pretty much constantly (with the odd day off!) for about 3 months. For the past 2 weeks or so I haven't been bleeding but for the last 3 days Ive had cramps very low down (they seem lower than period pain) and a tiny tiny bit of spotting.

Is this just how my periods will be now with this pain a bit lower, or should I be worried? Its not terrible pain or anything, just niggling, like normal period pain really, and I have to take paracetamol but thats about it. I just wonder as they feel a bit different to how they used to (but then after 2 children in 2 years every things a bit different lol!!)
