Strange feeling!!

Sorry about the random thread but just wandered if anyone has had this feeling before as up until now I hadn't and I didn't in my first pregnancy. When I'm sitting down I feel as if I'm sitting on my baby's head??? Anyone else get this?

I've had it more recently since baby dropped to 1/5th feel it especially more so as i get in and out of the car.
